Trail to Bliss
The trail heads up the canyon for a couple of miles. But a person does not need to go the entire distance to find “bliss”. It is all along the trail!
As I tread along the trail in my snowshoes, I think that what I am seeing looks much as it did when it was discovered by early pioneers over 170 years ago. I feel that I am in a forgotten wilderness. Cross country ski tracks give evidence that only a few people have been along this trail in the past several days. Yet the trailhead is only a few mile from Salt Lake City whose population is 1.2 million people. I realize that so very few people have discovered “bliss”.
