Serenity
I’ve always believed there are only two places to photograph. The first place is one that I have never been to (I see everything there with no preconceptions or biases). The second place is one that I have been to before. This location on Little Cottonwood Creek in Utah is that second kind of place. I’ve been to this exact place many times before. I keep returning to see and feel the different qualities, moods, or character of the place. It was New Years day, after a recent blizzard, that I successfully recorded the serenity that my spirit sensed as I felt connected to this landscape.
